OFFICIAL ANTI-FRAUD NOTICE
Sada Shiv Sahay Foundation, Keru Dham hereby declares that it does not solicit, demand, or collect any donations, fees, accommodation charges, or seva contributions through telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, social media platforms, or personal communications by any individual or intermediary.
All donations and contributions to the Foundation are accepted only through:
- The official website of the Foundation, and/or
- Official bank accounts and payment channels expressly authorized and published by the Foundation.
Any request for payment made through unauthorized modes or by unauthorized persons shall be deemed fraudulent. The Foundation shall not be responsible or liable for any financial loss, damage, or consequence arising out of payments made by any person to unauthorized individuals, accounts, or platforms falsely claiming association with the Foundation.
DONATION POLICY
Effective Date: 28 December 2025
Applicable Jurisdiction: India
1. LEGAL STATUS OF THE ORGANIZATION
Sada Shiv Sahay Foundation, Keru Dham (“the Foundation”) is a charitable organization duly registered under applicable laws of India and operates on a not-for-profit basis. All donations received by the Foundation are governed by the provisions of:
- The Income Tax Act, 1961
- Applicable Trust / Society / Company laws
- Other relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks
2. NATURE OF DONATIONS
All donations made to the Foundation are:
- Voluntary in nature
- Gratuitous and without consideration
- Intended solely for charitable purposes
No donation shall be construed as conferring any right, benefit, service, or entitlement upon the donor beyond what is permissible under law.
3. MODES OF ACCEPTING DONATIONS
Donations may be accepted through:
- Official website payment systems
- Authorized bank transfers
- Approved third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayU)
Cash donations, if any, shall be accepted strictly in compliance with applicable laws.
4. NON-REFUNDABILITY OF DONATIONS
All donations are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- A duplicate payment has occurred due to a verified technical error, or
- Refund is mandated by law.
Any refund shall be processed solely at the discretion of the Foundation.
5. UTILIZATION OF DONATIONS
Donations received by the Foundation shall be utilized exclusively for:
- Organizing free charitable camps
- Humanitarian and social welfare activities
- Spiritual, religious, and cultural initiatives
- Environmental and community welfare programs
The Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds in accordance with organizational priorities unless a donation is expressly earmarked.
6. DONOR DATA & CONFIDENTIALITY
The Foundation shall maintain confidentiality of donor information and shall not disclose the same except where required under law or for statutory compliance.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Foundation shall not be liable for:
- Unauthorized or fraudulent donation requests
- Errors attributable to third-party payment gateways
- Indirect or consequential losses
Payments made to unauthorized entities are entirely at the donor’s own risk.
8. TAX BENEFITS
Tax exemption benefits, if applicable, shall be governed strictly by provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and subject to statutory compliance.
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
10. AMENDMENT CLAUSE
The Foundation reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
